Plug In's
Browsers use plug in to show animated gifs. There are quite a few different types of plug in and these can be quite confusing unless you are familiar with them. Fortunately Wired Magazine has developed a plug in tester, which identifies the plug in you do and do not have and takes you to the appropriate place to find a replacement.
